This code of conduct applies where you use the Community section of our App and should be read alongside our general terms and conditions and our privacy policy. We want to keep our community a fun, exciting and safe space for our Runnas and so have a few ground rules to follow when using it.
If you have any queries, please reach out to us via email at support@runna.com. We use automated technologies to check for any posts or comments which breach our code, but if you spot anything which you think might be in violation, please let us know!
Respect your fellow Runnas by not posting anything which may harm, intimidate, bully, harass or insult other people. As a general rule, you should not post anything which you wouldn’t say IRL!
To keep things friendly, the use of swearing and vulgar language is not permitted, nor is any attempt to sidestep our automatic profanity filters and the use of slang acronyms that contain swear words
Do not post anything that could be perceived as discriminatory or offensive. This includes violent, racist, sexist, sexually explicit, profane, vulgar, derogatory, hateful, or threatening content.
Do not use the community to “name and shame” other Runnas or reveal their personal information without their permission. You should not use our community to collect or store the personal information of others.
Spamming and flooding are not permitted. High use of our community is fine (and encouraged!) as long as you are sensible. Please avoid double-posting.
Do not post advertisements for any other products or services.
Do not post messages that support or condone any illegal activities, such as use of weapons, drug use or hacks.
Do not post anything that could be considered libelous or defamatory.
Make sure that you own what you post (such as any imagery). Do not post copyright material on the community, such as third party imagery or text.
For your own safety, never give out your personal information, such as your email, surname, postal address or phone number. Remember, our community is a public forum!
We may edit or remove any posts or comments which we consider to be in breach of this code, whether the breach is intentional or accidental. In certain cases (such as for persistent or excessive misconduct), we may suspend your ability to post in our community. A suspension may be temporary or even permanent suspension at our discretion.
