Competition Terms – lululemon x Runna Event Giveaway (the “Prize Draw”)

1. The host and promoter of the Prize Draw is The Run Buddy Ltd (company number 13135343) which is a company registered in England and has its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ (“Runna”).
2. The winner of the Prize Draw will receive:
   a. A full lululemon x Runna Run Like Never Before outfit;
   - This includes one (1) top and one (1) bottom from the lululemon x Runna Run Like Never Before collection.
   - The winner will be contacted by the lululemon team to arrange sizing and delivery.
   - The outfit is subject to availability in size, style, and color at the time of selection. If the desired size, style, or color is unavailable, an alternative may be offered at the discretion of lululemon.
   
   b. £500 to spend at lululemon;
   - This prize will be provided as an e-gift card, which can be used both online at lululemon.co.uk and in lululemon stores.
   - The e-gift card must be used in accordance with lululemon’s standard Gift Card Terms & Conditions,
   
   c. Lifetime Runna subscription;
   
   d. 3 night hotel stay in London; and
   
   e. £500 towards flights (for international winners only), or up to £150 travel for UK winners together, the “Prize”
3. The Prize is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is offered. You are responsible for paying any taxes that may be levied on the prize (to the extent there are any applicable to your country).
4. By entering the Prize Draw, you are indicating that you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5. The Prize Draw is open to all residents of all countries that are aged 18 and over. The Prize Draw is not open to employees and ambassadors of Runna and their immediate families, as well as any other persons professionally connected with the Prize Draw.
6. The Prize Draw is open from [opening date] and will close at [23:59] in the UK on [closing date] (the “Promotional Period”). However, Runna may extend the promotion at its discretion. Late entries will not be accepted.
7. To enter the Prize Draw, you must:
   a. Follow the @Runna and @lululemoneurope account on Instagram;
   b. Like the post on the Runna Instagram account announcing this Prize Draw; and
   c. Tag a friend (who also must follow the @Runna and @lululemoneurope account on Instagram) in the comments on the Runna Instagram account announcing this Prize Draw] during the Promotional Period.
8. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this Prize Draw.
9. The winner(s) will be selected in a random draw from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period. The draw will take place no later than fourteen (14) days following the end of the Promotional Period.
10. The winner(s) will be notified within five (5) days of the draw via email. If a winner fails to respond providing a valid address (in a country listed above) within five (5) days of this notification, or declines their prize, they will forfeit the prize and a redraw will take place from the remaining valid entries to select a new winner.
11. Runna may in its discretion offer an alternative prize which will have a broadly equivalent value. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside its reasonable control, Runna may also modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Prize Draw without prior notice.
12. Runna may exclude any entries that it, in its sole discretion, considers to be inappropriate, unrelated or offensive. Runna may also disqualify any entries if it, in its sole discretion, believes that there has been an attempt to manipulate or tamper with the operation of the Prize Draw.

13. In the event of any fault, mistake, misunderstanding or dispute concerning the operation of any part of the Prize Draw, the decision of Runna shall be final.
14. Runna will use your personal data to administer the competition and in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which you can find here.
15. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England.
