Competition Terms – Reddit Community Giveaway (the “Prize Draw”)

  1. The host and promoter of the Prize Draw is The Run Buddy Ltd (company number 13135343) which is a company registered in England and has its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ (“Runna”).
  2. The winner of the Prize Draw will receive: 
    1. 1 annual subscription of Runna; and 
    2. A voucher for a pair of shoes worth up to a maximum of £240 or $300.

      (together, the “Prize”).
  1. The Prize is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is offered. You are responsible for paying any taxes that may be levied on the Prize (to the extent there are any applicable to your country).
  2. By entering the Prize Draw, you are indicating that you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  3. The Prize Draw is open to all residents of countries whose Reddit accounts were opening prior to Friday 21 February 2025, and who are aged 18 and over.  The Prize Draw is not open to employees and ambassadors of Runna and their immediate families, as well as any other persons professionally connected with the Prize Draw.
  4. The Prize Draw is open from Friday 21 February 2025 and will close at 23:59 in the UK on Tuesday 25 February (the “Promotional Period”).  However, Runna may extend the promotion at its discretion.  Late entries will not be accepted.
  5. To enter the Prize Draw, you must comment on the denoted Reddit thread describing your favourite story of training with Runna.  You must do this during the Promotional Period.  There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this Prize Draw.  You can only enter once.  Duplicated Reddit accounts for one user shall be counted as one entry irrespective of number of comments on the denoted Reddit thread.
  6. The winner(s) will be selected in a random draw from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period.  The draw will take place on Wednesday 26 February 2025 following the end of the Promotional Period.
  7. The winner(s) will be notified within five (5) days of the draw via email.  If a winner fails to respond providing a valid address (in a country listed above) within five (5) days of this notification, or declines their Prize, they will forfeit the Prize and a redraw will take place from the remaining valid entries to select a new winner.
  8. Runna may in its discretion offer an alternative prize which will have a broadly equivalent value.  In the event of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside its reasonable control, Runna may also modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Prize Draw without prior notice.
  9. Runna may exclude any entries that it, in its sole discretion, considers to be inappropriate, unrelated or offensive.  Runna may also disqualify any entries if it, in its sole discretion, believes that there has been an attempt to manipulate or tamper with the operation of the Prize Draw.
  10. In the event of any fault, mistake, misunderstanding or dispute concerning the operation of any part of the Prize Draw, the decision of Runna shall be final.
  11. Runna will use your personal data to administer the competition and in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which you can find here.
  12. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England
