1. Introduction 

  1. The host of this promotion is The Run Buddy Ltd (company number 13135343) which is a company registered in England and has its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ (“Runna”).

2. Promotion Overview

  1. This promotion (the "Promotion") provides that an eligible purchaser of a Runna Gift Card who uses a valid code provided by an official Ambassador of Runna when purchasing that Runna Gift Card is entitled, subject to the terms of the Promotion, to receive one item from the stock of t-shirts and related apparel specified below in Clause 4.1 (the "Stock"). 
  2. The Promotion will run from 6 December 2024 to 25 December 2024, inclusive (the "Promotion Period").
  3. The Promotion and the Stock is offered subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein. 

3. Eligibility

  1. The Promotion is open to consumers aged 18 or over who purchase a Runna Gift Card from the Runna’s official website or approved sales channels using a valid Runna Ambassador code during the Promotion Period. 
  2. The Promotion is limited to one item from the Stock per eligible purchase of a Runn Gift Card, regardless of the value of the gift card purchased.

4. Conditions of the Promotion

  1. The Promotion applies only to the following items (the "Stock"):
    1. Runna Performance T-Shirt;
    2. Runna Casual T-Shirt;
    3. NYC Long Sleeve;
    4. NYC Cropped T-Shirt; or
    5. NYC Singlet. 
  2. Customers who use a valid Runna Ambassador code to purchase a Runna Gift Card during the Promotion Period are entitled to select one item from the Stock as part of the Promotion.
  3. The Promotion is subject to the availability of the Stock. Items from the Stock will be provided only while stocks last.
  4. No substitutions, exchanges, or customisations of the Stock will be permitted. 
  5. You may be required to pay a delivery fee and customs fees, depending on the delivery address provided at checkout.  Delivery fees, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before the purchase is finalised. Customs fees will be applied according to your country.

5. Exclusions

  1. The Promotion cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, or promotion unless otherwise stated by Runna.
  2. Items from the Stock are not transferable, refundable, or exchangeable for cash or any other product or service.
  3. Runna reserves the right to disqualify purchases that are incomplete, fraudulent, or made in violation of these terms and conditions.

6. Limitation of Liability

  1. Runna will not be held liable for:some text
    1. Delays, losses, or damages arising from the delivery of items from the Stock caused by third-party couriers or factors beyond its reasonable control;
    2. Any technical or system errors during the purchase or redemption process;
    3. Any incompatibility or defects in the Stock.
  2. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by the negligence of the Business. 

7. General Provisions

  1. The Business reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice. 
  2. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and confirm that they have read and understood them.
  3. Runna will use your personal data to administer the competition and in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which you can find here.
  4. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England.
