How to sync your running workouts with Strava manually
If you notice that for any reason a run has not been uploaded to Strava or you wish to sync a past workout recorded before connecting the two apps, you can sync it manually. Here’s how to do this:
- Go to the summary for the recorded workout and scroll to the bottom of the page.
- Tap the 'Sync Run' button.
And that’s it! This will upload your workout to Strava.
NB: Strava will not accept duplicate activity uploads, so if the manual sync process fails, it is likely that you have a similar workout already uploaded to Strava.
